1. Your event host will provide a review link at the end of your event to gather your team’s feedback.
2. If your team’s average rating is lower than 4.8 / 5.0 stars then your next experience of equal or lesser value is on us.
3. Our Customer Experience Team, Client Advisors and Senior Hosts will work with you to make sure the next event is a hit.

The only requirement is that within 30 days of your original event date you schedule your next one.
